The room was originally a storage room of only about 10 square meters. We transferred it into a 4.5-tatami tea room. This time, we tried to make a large tokonoma in a small tea room for hanging scrolls, tea flower, and storage. Pine wood is used for the sky board and earth board (cabinet), and naturally grown hazel wood is used for the column tokobashira.
